Rates for ThaiSim conference sponsors

Several organizations wish to have a strong presence at our conferences.  This may be for one or both of two broad reasons:

1. Organizations that sponsor presenters and other delegates think that it would be mutually beneficial also to have an institutional presence at our conferences.
   For example, a university or training organization sponsors one of its faculty members or trainers to present at the conference, but in addition to that indirect presence, the university or organization would like to have a more direct visibility.
    
2. Organizations, even if they do not support a presenter, like to have their presence felt at our conferences.  These are usually companies and agencies.
   They may or may not have a direct interest in games and simulations, but they feel that ThaiSim conferences and publications are a useful way to reach interested people and potential clients and inform them of their products and services.

For both these types of organizations, we are pleased to offer the following three packages.

Details

A.  For 3000 THB

1. Placement of the organisation logo and URL on the conference sponsor web page.  See current sponsors here.
    
2. Free stand at the conference to display and sell wares (books, games, brochures, promotional material, etc.).
    
3. Placement of the organisation logo or banner in the ThaiSim conference programme book.  This is given in paper format to all conference delegates, and is also available on line, even after the conference, and is thus available to the whole world.
    
4. Placement of the organisation logo or banner in the ThaiSim conference proceedings.  This becomes available on line, several weeks after the conference, and stays on line available to the whole world.
    
5. One free registration for the conference, on condition that the person registering is a bona fide employee or representative of the sponsoring organisation.  Some kind of proof of such employment will be required for the person to register on the first day of the conference.  Note that the normal registration fee is also 3000 THB.

B.  For 5000 THB

1. The above logo placements, plus:

Placement of a full-page announcement in both the conference programme book and the proceedings, excluding inside front and outside back covers.  We ask that you supply an A4-size grey-scale, camera-ready plate one month prior to the conference.  The plate must be either in a word (.doc) file or a high resolution .jpg or .tif file.
    
3. Two free registrations.  Same conditions as in Package A.  Note that the normal registration fee for two people is 6000THB.

C.  For 7000 THB

1. Similar to package B, but a full-page ad on the inside front or outside back cover of both the programme book and the proceedings.
