If your fee arrives
before the early bird deadline below, then you will be entitled to the early bird

after the deadline, you will need to pay the regular fee. You may also pay
the regular fee, in cash, at the conference itself.

form. Please fill in the form carefully. After you have filled in
and sent off the form, you will an acknowledgement screen. Make a copy of

Sponsorship of a foreign delegate |
If you are able to sponsor a foreign delegate
(your sponsoree), then you are entitled to to a generous reduction in the standard fee. To "sponsor a foreign
delegate" means that you persuade a delegate from a country different
from yours to attend the conference.
To benefit from this reduction:
- you
must give the sponsoree's name when you register, and
- the sponsoree must:
-
register for the conference at the
same time as you,
-
indicate that you are their sponsor,
-
attend the conference,
-
pay the standard fee.
You are limited to just one sponsoree.
If your sponsored person (sponsoree) does not pay their fee, then you will
need to pay the standard fee. |

Students |
If you are a bone fide student at the
time of registration and also at the start of the conference, then you are
entitled to a very generous half price reduction Proof of
student status must

be sent with your registration form
(pdf file scan of your student card),

be shown on arrival at the
conference (original of your student ID card).

Accompanying person |
If you are accompanying a conference
delegate, you will be most welcome, and benefit for the social side of the
conference, but you will not get a programme book or the proceedings.
You may register and pay the fee with the attending delegate (to get an
early bird rate), or when you arrive at the conference (regular fee). |
