For Thai delegates.  Go to this page for documents in Thai.

Theme:  Quality learning from educational games: Design, use, debrief

Dates:  20-22 March, 2011 (Sun-Mon-Tues) - arrival Sat 19 March.

We will start early on Sun 20 March, so please arrive at the venue on Sat 19 March.  It is not respectful to seminar people to arrive late.

Attendance.  Please note that this workshop will include teamwork and group projects You must therefore  make yourself available for the whole time of the workshop. It is not possible to attend only part of the workshop; you must chose either the whole 3 days or no workshop.  You must be there for the start of the workshop.  If you miss the first morning, then you will not be allowed to come to the rest of the workshop.  If you come to the workshop and then disappear for an afternoon, you will not be allowed to return, as that would be unfair on the other participants.  If you cannot participate in the whole workshop, then it would be better to wait until next year.

Registration fees for this seminar include free accommodation.

Objectives This workshop will provide teachers and trainers with first-hand experience of using and debriefing a number of games and simulations.  The emphasis will be on how to encourage quality learning for simulation/game participants.
